capitol, a cash investment. And to gain (or have) control of the investment, in all but
one exception, requires 50% plus of the cost. That one exception is Real Estate. Where
else can you put as little as 5% of the cash into the deal and have 100%
control?

Stock Market investors are at
high risk when investing in quick profit commodities. Long term slow growth stocks produce
less risk with low rates of return. Real Estate when knowledgeably purchased will provide
not only a strong return on investment, but also the additional benefits of depreciation,
appreciation and tax write-offs with great investment stability.
PROFIT
The key to all successful
investments is timing. The object of an investment is to buy right and sell at the top of
the market. Selling either too soon or too late reduces your gain. Staying in touch with
